Completing my first 140.6 triathlon and becoming an Ironman.
This week I spend a great deal doing “conditioning and strength training” I was having ITB issues and the pain you feel it on your knees. Hours on the bike following it up with a short run is takin it’s toll. I didn’t do anything extreme the longest run I did was a 5 miler and 3 milers throughout the day. I spend most of the time swimming hour everyday. Overall I feel the ITB should be fine, but I am prepare once you fixed something another problem shows up. What could it be? I will never know trying keeping everything conditioned is the best I can do.
